If you are reading this post, I’m going to let you in on a little secret. I have serious goals for running my mom errands in comfort this January. Why? You’ll have to wait a few weeks to find out, but comfort is key this month. I’m talking loose and stretchy. I went on the hunt for buttery soft goodness this past week and these are some of my favorites!
If you have sticker shock when shopping retail prices, I found several of these items available on eBay and Poshmark. If you are like me and want to pinch every penny, head over there to make your purchases. Just confirm your sizes by trying them on in the store, then search online for cheaper prices. I will say that while they are expensive, they are worth every penny. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra for quality and customer service! Athleta now ranks up there with Lululemon in my books!
The Salutation and Elation tights come in a capri style and 7/8 full length style. They are the same material and both soft. The only difference is the Salutation tights have seams, giving them more support. I suggest the Salutation for exercise and the Elation for every day wear. They will also hem your tights for free if they are too long.
I went to Soma for the first time and I was blown away by the comfort of their bras. I am always looking for the perfect bra to put under my every day t-shirts. The Enbliss is just that! I am wearing the Bralette in all of these photos.
My absolute favorite Free People “Catalina” top is currently 40% off. I purchased several of these in different colors. They are perfect with jeans or the Athleta tights mentioned above. You may be able to get away with a fancy bralette under these, but I will be wearing a seamless camisole underneath the top.
I found a few items at Target that blew me away. I love the pricing at Target but I feel like their clothes do not last as long. Sometimes that is ok with the changing seasons and styles.
This relaxed turtleneck is one of my favorite finds. I purchased it in both stripes and light blue. You can dress it up or dress it down as seen below.
Also, I love these Universal Thread jeans. They are soft and form fitting.
I love this denim shirt paired with black jegging.
Do you have a favorite “comfortable” item that you find yourself wearing regularly? Try these out and I promise you will love them!
