The Best Outdoor Pots on a Budget

Shopping for outdoor pots can get expensive. I’ve spent countless hours roaming the local garden centers, drooling over their gorgeous pots that are well out of my budget. Recently, I was shocked to find incredible budget-friendly pots at an unexpected shop, Walmart! You’ll never believe how beautiful these outdoor pots are and their cost cannot be beat! Keep reading for my tips for shopping for outdoor pots and a shortcut to finding the best options from Walmart!

My Outdoor Pots

I have several outdoor spaces that I’ve decorated with live plants. It gets expensive quickly to add planters and pots to the space. With the help of Walmart’s budget-friendly options, I’ve been able to add several high-end looks for less.

White Planter

This outdoor pot is a look for less, retailing well over $100 at competitor locations. It is lightweight and sleek, with a drainage hole for convenience. My Kimberly Fern absolutely loves it and it looks so great that I bought three more just like it!

Aged Terracotta Pots

Did you see the terracotta pots that I made over on my Instagram page? I used terracotta pots from Walmart and added garden lime mixed with water and green paint. All of the supplies were from Walmart, making the DIY project quick and easy, while on a budget. You can check out the project here.

If you’re not into DIY, Walmart also has aged pots for a great price. I have them in several sizes and they look beautiful with our porch and patio!
