Tonight, I’m sharing a recipe from one of my favorites, Fed & Fit. I followed her recipe to make it dairy free and substituted full-fat coconut milk. I also added lemon slices to make it pretty! Not only was it super easy to prep, it was absolutely delicious! I’m definitely filing this Creamy Chicken Piccata Recipe away for future meals and I think you will love it as well.

I recently upgraded our knife set and started using the Our Place Knife Trio. Tonight I prepped for the meal by slicing the lemons using the Everyday Chef’s Knife, sliced the bread with the Serrated Slicing Knife, and cut thin slices of tomatoes for our salad using the Precise Paring Knife. Our old knife set was given to us as a wedding gift in 2012 and they were in ROUGH shape. I cannot believe how easy it is to use this new set and I love that our routine has been simplified with these knives!

I am still learning my way around when cooking with the Always Pan. I am used to using several different pots and pans to cook dinner, but the Always Pan simplifies meals. This do-it-all wonder is designed to replace 8 traditional pieces of cookware! Our Place was so kind and sent me a few coupons to share with you today. Use the code AMYCHOPS20 for 20% off all knives and knife bundles (through 8/22/21) or use COASTALOAK10 for 10% off everything else!
